IKEA you are awesome!!

I have literally been waiting for the day that London would be into kitchens, cooking, baking, and dishes. I thought she was too young, however I always get pictures of her at friends house playing with their toy kitchens. I didn't want a plastic one. When I came across the IKEA one not only was the price of $129.99 amazing, but it was wooden and it looked amazing! The only two negatives were A. I had to drive all the way to IKEA (with London in the back seat) and B. I had to build it (high 5 to myself) as Kevin was away for business in LA. Both negatives totally worth the kitchen, as now London can entertain herself as apose to her screaming "mommy" every two seconds for me to pick her up (not letting me do a thing, like cook or write a work email)  I also bought a second item. A little table with two little chairs for get this, $29.99. London is crazy about colouring, scribbling, basically anything that makes her feel like a big girl. Like sitting in her own chair, with her own table, her own paper and he own pencil crayons. So happy with my purchases.  The Swedish really know what they are doing.  http://www.ikea.com/ca/en/catalog/products/60319972/

She literally is entertained for hours now.

The only way I can cook is if I can distract her by giving her a bath in the sink while I cook.
